Data Storage & Security

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Google APIs: Calendar integration and sign-in (with your explicit authorization).
- Twilio: SMS and voice messaging delivery.
- Telegram API: Messaging delivery for Telegram-connected agents.
- Stripe: Payment processing (we never store your card details).
Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you or your customers.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export your conversation history at any time.
- Disconnect any integrated services (Google, Telegram, etc.) at any time.
Data Deletion
When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your data within 30 days, including conversation history, agent configurations, and customer information. If you need immediate deletion, contact us.
Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion
If you connected your account via Facebook or Instagram, you can request data deletion by:
We will delete all data associated with your Facebook/Instagram account within 30 days of receiving the request. You will receive a confirmation code to track your deletion status.
Cookies
